Bagaimana mengatifkan administrator di Vista ?

Emang sie buka admin di vista gak segampang di xp.kalo di xp kan tinggal utek2 regestri,jadi deh tuh si admin.
tapi l�n halnya sama vista.
Nie gue punya dikit" tutorial buat anda" yg pengen tau buka admin di vista.
1. Log on vista dengan user punya kalian
2.Tekan tuch tombol start
3.Tekan start search
4.Type, cmd
5.Klik kanan tuch cmd, trus pilih 'Run As Administrator' dari menu shortcut
6.In the black 'DOS box' kasih perintah seperti ini "Net Help User"

9.Net user administrator zulfa
10.Net user administrator /active:yes
11.Terus cek pesan : The Command Completed Successlly
12.After that switch user or logoff
13.Log on as Administrator Password zt92
